How can I purchase an E-Gift card?

You can purchase an E-Gift card online only. We have several options you can choose from.

How does the recipient get the E-Gift card?

It will be e-mailed to the recipient as soon as payment has been made.

Will I receive confirmation that the recipient got the e-gift card?

Yes you will.

How long is the E-Gift card valid?

It is valid for 12 months.

How can the amount on the E-Gift card be redeemed?

E-Gift cards can be used for full or partial payments for any purchase until the balance is depleted. You can make purchases online only.

How can I check the balance of my e-gift card?

You can check your e-gift card balance online via the “My Account” page.

When will I receive my order?

We try to process orders as soon as we receive them. Larger orders might take 1-2 days to assemble, customize, or wrap based on the product.

Once an order is packaged and shipped, we will send an email confirming shipment with the shipping tracking number. We ship packages Monday through Friday, except on USA national holidays.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled or won’t arrive on time?

At Patchi, client-satisfaction means a lot to us and we strive to fulfil all orders on to always deliver as promised. In very rare instances though, the item might not be available or a Force Majeure which is out of our control occurs which delays the delivery (and hence we are not liable). If the item is not available, then you will be informed promptly so you can select another item if you so wish.
