When will my order ship?

While ordering your Patchi product, you can indicate the date by which you'd like your order received. Just fill out the field "Receive-By-Date" on the Shipping form while you checkout your order. If for some reason we can't guarantee delivery by the requested date, we will write you to let you know of the available options.

We try to process orders as soon as we receive them. Larger orders might take 1-2 days to assemble, customize, or wrap based on the product.

Once an order is packaged and shipped, we will send an email confirming shipment with the shipping tracking number. We ship packages Monday through Friday, except on USA national holidays. We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping carriers, based on destination and shipping method.

Where Are Packages Shipped From?

Packages are sent from our distribution center in New Jersey, Monday through Thursday, except for national holidays.

How We Ship Our Chocolates?

Depending on numerous factors, Patchi.us ships packages via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. There are two factors that determine the shipping charges on orders. First, shipping charges increment as the weight of your order increases. Secondly, the shipping charge formula is scaled based upon the distance between our warehouse location and the destination address. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Our packaging system combines a reusable, seamless, molded polystyrene cooler chest with a non-toxic refrigerant gel pack. Your chocolates are temperature controlled within the confines of the polystyrene, which itself is encased in an outer cardboard shipper. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill the remaining areas with void fill to minimize the amount of air circulating within the system. In the winter months, we may utilize a less robust system for the cooler states.

How long will it take for delivery?

Shipping days are counted based on the day the package is shipped. So, if your order needs 3 days to be delivered, it is 3 days after the day package gets picked up by the carrier service from our facilities. Some carriers may deliver Regular Shipping packages on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for regular shipping. 

When will my package be delivered?

For Regular Shipping, we can't guarantee a time of day for delivery of your package. It all depends on when the carrier deems it appropriate to deliver in the area.

For Express and Overnight Shipping, delivery is usually guaranteed by 3pm or by Noon, depending on the area. If you need the package delivered earlier in the morning, please contact our customer support for assistance at 800-998-0605 or by email.

If you need Express or Overnight delivery made on a Saturday, please call our customer service as well at 800-998-0605 to check availability and additional charges due.

Please note that orders cannot be delivered on Sundays.

Can I return the chocolates?

Patchi USA completely stands by our quality products. If you have to return your Patchi chocolate we will gladly exchange your product for something else.

What allergy information is available?

Allergy Information: This favor wraps a piece of milk chocolate which may contain chunks of roasted hazelnuts. Our chocolates are made on facilities that process peanuts, tree Nuts, and soy.

Our milk chocolate ingredients: Cocoa butter, sugar, full cream milk, cocoa mass, skimmed milk, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavoring (vanillin)

Our dark chocolate ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavoring (vanillin)

Does Patchi chocolate contain GMOS?

No products produced by Patchi chocolate contains GMOS.

We only carry non-gmo products.

Which ingredients can be found in Patchi chocolate?

All our chocolate products are made with pure cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, and vanilin.

Gianduja Cream Ingredients: hazelnut, sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, almond, and skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, flavoring (vanillin). Animal by-products: Milk chocolate contains dried cow milk.

Dark chocolate does not include dried cow milk. No other animal bi-product is used in the making of our chocolates.

Nuts & Fruits: Depending on the chocolate piece variety, fillings of the chocolate pieces may include nuts (Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pistachios, and Peanuts),

Dried Fruits (strawberry, orange peel, raisins).

Alcohol: We don't use any alcohol ingredients in our recipes for any of our products. Our products are classified Halal.

No-Sugar Added:

We use Maltitol as a sugar substitute in our no-sugar Added menu variety.

Jordan Almonds

Our Jordan Almonds are made of fresh premium roasted almonds covered with sugar glaze. The glaze might contain cow gelatin in its recipe.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You will need to call Patchi USA customer service to handle all orders once they are placed on the following number 1-800-998-0605.

Which countries does Patchi delivery services cover?

Patchi currently ships anywhere in the USA.
We also ship to Lebanon via www.epatchi.com
We will start shipping to other countries in the near future, but this service is not available at the moment.

E-Gift cards can be purchased only on Patchi USA website and can only be redeemed on epatchi.com/us

How does the customer get the E-Gift card?

It will be e-mailed to the recipient as soon as payment has been made.

Will I receive confirmation that the recipient got the E-Gift Card?

A confirmation email will be sent once the E-Gift card has been delivered successfully to a valid email address.
How long is the gift card valid: E-Gift cards purchased on Patchi USA do not have an expiry date. 

How long is the E-Gift valid?

Patchi USA E-Gift cards do not expire.

How can the amount on the E-Gift card be redeemed?

e-Gift cards can be used for full or partial payments for any purchase until the balance is depleted. You can make purchases online only.

How can I check the balance of my E-Gift card?

You can check your E-Gift card balance online via the “My Account” page.
